Urgent Care and Primary Care is here for you, offering economically priced health care. Dr. Francisca Acosta-Carlson and APRN Angie Howard provide exceptional primary care, and our knowledgeable Nurse Practitioners Barb Foss, Ann Young, and Ann Scott provide both urgent and primary care.

Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 9:00 pm
Weekends and Holiday: 10:00am – 8:00 pm
